Las Vegas & St. George

Spencer had a trade show in Vegas, so I took the kids and met up with him half way through the week... to get out of the rainy, cold weather!! We had fun swimming & more swimming, went to a cool shark aquarium, lion habitat and spent some time in St. George!! We went on one of our favorite hikes-in the red cliffs area, where the kids walked through the streams, saw waterfalls and looked for frogs! They also enjoyed playing at our favorite park and having a picnic and we couldn't leave without are tradition of a bumbleberry custard!! Yum!

Happy 6 years!!

We decided to celebrate our six years of wonderful bliss together in Hawaii!!!

Nanci told us we couldn't come home without tasting the HULA PIE... So we did...Again and Again!! Delicious, Thanks Nance!




Spencer found the ideal BBQ SPOT, right on the beach. He b-qued delicious steaks, fresh pineapple, peppers and corn on the cob. YUM!







We loved snorkeling. We found many cool snorkel spots in Napili, Kapalua, Black Rock and Lanai. We saw huge sea turtles and tons of beautiful, colorful fish.





Our favorite restaurant on the beach. Leilanis in Whalers Village. Loved the pork sandwich and fish tacos!









We played some intense tennis matches, which then turned into a pretty major water fight! Guess who smoked the other??


One of our favorite things we did...we took a boat trip from Lahaina to Lanai to snorkel in a few different locations. Along the way we encountered three humpback Whales. A mother, her baby and her escort. It was Amazing to be so close and see them surfacing and flipping their huge tails. We also came across hundreds of spinner dolphins. They were swimming right along with our boat. They would jump completely out of the water spinning multiple times in the air. VERY Cool!
